With a degree in English Literature and a strong foundation in healthcare administration, I’ve developed a skill set that blends organization, communication, and creativity. I've managed calendars for multiple providers, handled medical AR, coordinated insurance credentialing, created systems, and even designed marketing campaigns to help businesses grow.
